• Responsibilities
• ? Provide Accounting service to the Company Subsidiaries in Americas
• ? Performs all the accounting jobs under team leader's guidance and company's policy
• ? Monitors and provides administrative support in one or more accounting functions: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets, Cash Flow management, Bank reconciliation and generates reporting
• ? Composes operational policies, procedures and process maps
• ? Reconciles books and assists with the preparation of one of the following: fixed asset expenditures, registration and modification, physical fixed asset counting, profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance sheet statements
• ? Ensures accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS and other accounting regulations. Monthly cash collection and payment forecasting for cash management reporting
• ? Reporting for internal/external for HQ Reports/NA Regional office as well as internal WBR/MBR reports
• ? Communication, data analysis, reporting on PowerPoint/excel are necessary skills
• ? Conducts biannual inventory counting/due diligence and resolves inventory discrepancies
• ? Perform Other duties as assigned
• Experience Requirements / Competencies
• ? Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration (Finance, Accounting, Economics)
• ? +2+Yrs of Accounting/Finance or Business Management related experience Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• ? Skilled in use of PCs and related software (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• ? Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system is preferred
• ? Permanent resident card (Green Card) or U.S. citizenship
• ? Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred
