About Our Client

Our client is one of the world´s largest and most recognized photovoltaic manufacturers for its high-performance, high-quality solar cells and modules. It is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea (Global Executive HQ) and Thalheim, Germany (Technology & Innovation HQ)

Job Summary

The inside sales associate is responsible for managing orders and resolving commercial issues in regards to the sales of PV modules and systems in Utility and Commercial segment. This position reports to the Head of U&C Module Sales, or another member of senior management that the President of the Company may designate and will require travel of up to 20%. The candidate will be based out of Teaneck, New Jersey.

Job Description

  • -Work with other areas of the business such as Operations, Logistics, and Sales planning to assure that orders are complete and out in a timely manner. This person will follow the order from beginning to end to assure that order goes out correctly and timely.
  • -Work with both existing customers and sales representatives on any other questions that arise. Be an advisor, helping them to get the information they need as quickly as possible.
  • -Spot and increase the sales opportunities by distribution channels and help them generate the orders in a timely manner.
  • -Update the CRM (its platform and salesforce) with notes, updated information, and quotes.
  • -All other duties as assigned by the Head of U&C Module Sales or upper management.

Qualifications

  • -Bachelor’s Degree required
  • -2+ years of sales operations experience for an inbound or outbound sales organization.
  • -2+ years of experience in working with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or others.
  • -Advanced level of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • -Highly analytical and organized.
  • -A high degree of professionalism and conduct
  • -Preferred Qualifications
  • -Experience working in the solar industry
  • -Korean speaking and writing capability a plus not mandatory
