Description
● Responsible for the construction of e-chuck ceramic sintering production line
● Lead the team to develop electrostatic chuck ceramic plates, determine their drawings, programs and formulas, set the best production process parameters, and be able to manufacture qualified ceramic plates for etch / PVD / CVD / implant equipment, such as Lam Kiyo, Lam flex 45, Lam Kiyo CX / ex, Amat producer, Amat Endura, Tel vigus, etc
● Responsible for maintaining, developing and optimizing process flow / operation specifications to improve yield
● Be responsible for monitoring production technical data and solving technical problems in the production process
● Develop electrostatic chuck ceramic plates for series products of Tel, AMEC and other companies
● Lead the team to develop the technology of electrostatic chuck products used in 10nm and below processes
The Successful Applicant
● More than 15 years experience in 12 inch e-chuck ceramic sintering
● Clearly understand the formula, drawings, sintering parameters and related products of e-chuck ceramic plate sintering
● Bachelor degree or above, major in materials science or other related majors, with good working experience but no bachelor degree can apply
● Familiar with SiN、Al2O3、AlN ceramic plate production knowledge and technology
● Experience in multi material sintering technology is preferred
● Understand the structure of e-chuck ceramic plate and the design of heating zone and its influence
● Targeting Korean companies: KST、LK、JESCO、 BOBOO、YERICO、POWELL、MICO（KOMICO） work experience is preferred
● English skills is a plus
