Job Summary

As a Recruitment Consultant at Cesna Group, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting top-tier talent with global clients across various industries. Your role will include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a successful match and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

Job Description

• Sourcing candidates using headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases
• Conducting candidate interviews (screening, phone, and on-site/virtual)
• Managing the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients
• Supporting clients in identifying their hiring needs
• Presenting and promoting qualified candidates to clients
• Offering roles to selected candidates and closing placements
• Building and managing relationships with clients through business development
• Promoting Cesna Group’s services to both new and existing clients
• Negotiating terms of business with clients

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, recruiting, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A track record of working toward and achieving targets
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Korean, Mandarin Chinese or Japanese is highly desirable
• MBA highly preferred
• A passion for performance, achievement, and teamwork
