- Manage existing customers and distributors in Korea.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Drive sales growth in Home & Personal Care ingredients, including preservatives.
- Manage key accounts, sales forecasts, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in specialty chemicals, cosmetic ingredients, or related industries.
- Established network with Korean manufacturers, OEM/ODM companies, or distributors.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
