Job Description
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- - Enter confidential data of financial transactions in database daily.
- - Create Financial statements.
- - Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records in both writing and typing electronically.
- - File & Report required tax documents in a timely manner.
- - Experience in using QuickBooks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (related major preferred, but not required)
- 2 years' experience in accounting preferred
- Bilingual in Korean is strongly preferred
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels within a corporate environment
- strong communications and interpersonal skill
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Power Point
