Job Summary

• This client is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across the brands.
• This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketer who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help bring marketing campaigns and product launches to life. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable working across both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Job Description

• - Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, wholesale, retail, distributor, and event channels.
• - Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
• - Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• - Work closely with creative teams, agencies, photographers, vendors, and other partners to develop marketing materials and campaign assets.
• - Develop and coordinate presentations, sales tools, marketing collateral, and customer facing materials.
• - Support website content, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives. ? - Review campaign and website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• - Coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, partnerships, customer events, and brand activations. ? - - Collaborate with sales, product, creative, e-commerce, and other internal teams on marketing initiatives.
• - Manage project schedules, vendors, budgets, and marketing deliverables.
• - Stay informed on consumer trends, competitors, digital marketing, and emerging marketing tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• - 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within fashion, apparel, outdoor, lifestyle, sporting goods, consumer products, or a related industry. ?
• - Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and campaign execution.
• - Experience managing multiple marketing projects and coordinating across teams.
• - Familiarity with digital marketing, including websites, email, social media, and digital campaigns. - - Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools. ?
• - Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• - Ability to work collaboratively with creative, sales, product, and external partners.
• - Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications :
• - Experience in fashion, headwear, outdoor, active lifestyle, apparel, or promotional products. ?
• - Experience working with creative production, photography, video, design, print, or digital assets.
• - Familiarity with e-commerce, CRM, email marketing, paid media, or SEO.
• - Experience supporting trade shows, sponsorships, partnerships, or customer events. ?
• - Experience working with distributors, retailers, or wholesale customers.
• - Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and emerging marketing technologies. ?
• - Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus
