Job Summary

Job Description

• 1、Design experimental plans for pathway validation and target identification, including assay development in vitro and in vivo, in collaboration with the scientific team.
• 2、Execute experiments, interpret and validate results, and communicate data to scientific team and executive management
• 3、Lead and collaborate with other scientists and research associates to achieve company objectives
• 4、Manage external research relationships with academic and commercial partners

Qualifications

• 1、PhD or equivalent in the biological sciences, bioengineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant laboratory experience, in academic, pharmaceutical or biotechnology settings.
• 2、Must have served as a project leader (PL) for multispecific antibody (including bispecific antibody) programs, with experience in leading projects from initiation through at least the IND filing stage.
• 3、Possess a well?grounded and distinct perspective on immunotherapy and/or T?cell engagers (TCE), with forward?looking insights in project initiation.
• 4、Immunologist with a focus on target discovery. Research experience in immune oncology ；Strong experimental skills, especially assay development (in vitro & in vivo models), cell and molecular immunology. Expertise in multi-color flow cytometry immune cell phenotyping, tissue isolation techniques and assays
• 5、Motivated and curious, experienced working with highly technical projects and personnel. Highly adaptable and responsive to technical and business opportunities and needs ? comfortable delivering against challenging commitments.
• 6、Demonstrated ability in working with highly skilled teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and technical setting.；Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information in a clear and thorough manner.

What's On Offer

• 1.?Annual Base Salary?:?120,000?220,000 USD
• o80% paid monthly, 20% as year-end bonus.
• oAdditional project bonuses and BD/licensing bonuses based on performance.
• 2.?Equity?: Specific equity amount negotiable.
• 3.?Remote Work?: Minimum 1 month/year of remote work (flexibly allocated).
