Job Summary

• Mission & Core Objective
• To lead the company’s biologics R&D strategy and execution. Guided by unmet clinical needs, drive the team to focus on tumor immunology (with emphasis on PD?1?based immunotherapies and TCE bispecific/multispecific antibodies), ADC, and other immune?related disease areas, with the goal of developing “Best?in?Indication” innovative biologics that possess global competitiveness and strong out?licensing potential.

Job Description

• 1、Pipeline Strategy and Portfolio Planning
• （1）Gain deep insights into unmet clinical needs in both global and domestic tumor immunology and immune?disease fields.
• （2）Based on cutting?edge scientific advances, competitive landscape, and development trends of similar drugs, formulate targeted biologics pipeline strategies and specific project?initiation plans.
• 2、Cutting?Edge Technologies and Project Execution
• （1）Personally guide and lead the team in technical innovation and problem?solving in core areas such as next?generation PD?1 combination therapies, T?cell engager (TCE) immunotherapy, and ADC (antibody?drug conjugates).
• （2）Proactively explore and evaluate the introduction of novel platform technologies to ensure that the R&D pipeline maintains industry?leading scientific rigor and technological barriers.
• 3、Clinical Orientation and Translational Medicine
• （1）Set R&D objectives with a strong focus on clinical needs; actively participate in the design of early clinical development strategies and be familiar with clinical trial protocol design.
• （2）Ensure that preclinical studies translate efficiently and accurately into clinical phases, thereby improving the overall clinical success rate of programs.
• 4、Team Management and System Building
• （1）Oversee all biologics R&D sub?teams including early discovery, process development, and preclinical evaluation.
• （2）Establish a highly collaborative cross?functional R&D system; cultivate and recruit high?caliber scientific talent to build a resilient and innovative biologics R&D team.
• 5、External Partnerships and Commercial Enablement
• （1）Serve as a scientific representative in corporate BD (business development) evaluations, providing professional scientific and clinical value assessments for out?licensing or in?licensing opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1、Education: Ph.D. in Immunology, Tumor Biology, or related life science disciplines (immunology background preferred).
• 2、Experience:
• （1）10+ years of biologics R&D experience in successful BD?licensed biotech companies or MNCs, and 5+ years of team management experience at Director level or above.
• （2）Proven track record from target discovery to IND filing, with deep involvement in translational research.
• （3）Extensive hands?on experience in tumor immunology (particularly PD?1 or TCE mechanisms) or ADC drug development. Candidates with a track record of advancing programs to mid?to?late clinical stages or successful out?licensing will be given preference.
• 3、Professional Skills and Mindset:
• （1）Scientific & Logical: Strong scientific insight and analytical abilities, capable of distilling differentiation opportunities from vast scientific data and complex competitive landscapes.
• （2）Clinical Acumen: Deep understanding of unmet clinical needs, with a “backward?from?the?end” R&D mindset.
• 4、Personal Attributes:
• （1）Highly proactive and self?driven, not complacent with the status quo.
• （2）Possesses strategic vision combined with scientific rigor and pragmatism.
• （3）Excellent cross?functional communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

What's On Offer

• 1.?Annual Base Salary?:?450,000?550,000 USD
• - 80% paid monthly, 20% as year-end bonus.
• - Additional project bonuses and BD/licensing bonuses based on performance.
