About Our Client
Manufactures automotive electronic components through SMT, PCB assembly, and assembly operations.
Job Summary
- As we expand, we are seeking entry-level and experienced quality professionals.
- Entry-Level: Candidates authorized to work in the U.S. A degree in Quality, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experienced: Professionals with quality experience in SMT, PCB assembly, or automotive electronics manufacturing. Position level and compensation depend on experience and expertise. Work visa sponsorship is available for qualified experienced candidates.
Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- -Oversee SMT, PCB assembly, and automotive electronics process quality.
- -Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- -Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- -Address customer complaints and provide on-site quality support.
- -Drive supplier quality improvements.
- -Maintain quality systems and documentation; support internal and customer audits.
- -Monitor defect rates, process capability, and quality metrics.
- -Support new product development and production launch quality.
Qualifications
- -Professional proficiency in Korean and English.
- -Ability to work in Selma, Alabama.
- -Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- -Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- -For entry-level applicants, an interest in automotive or manufacturing quality.
- Preferred Qualifications
- -Experience with automotive OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, or Hyundai, Kia, and Hyundai Mobis quality programs.
- -Knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
- -Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and 8D.
- -Customer or process audit experience.
- -Relevant quality certifications.
