Job Description
- Manage the daily operations and technical support of the SAP BTP Integration Suite (IS / CPI), ensuring stable operation across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
- Monitor Integration Suite interfaces, including message monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting failed interfaces, and reprocessing failed messages.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP BTP Destinations and Cloud Connector.
- Analyze interface issues related to RESTful APIs, SOAP, OData, and IDoc, and identify root causes based on JSON/XML payloads and system logs.
- Manage interface authentication and security configurations, including Basic Authentication, OAuth 2.0, SAML, Certificates, and mTLS, as well as certificate upload, renewal, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA / ERP teams to troubleshoot end-to-end interface issues related to SOAMANAGER, SICF, RFC, and other backend components.
- Manage basic SAP BTP administration tasks, including Subaccounts, Role Collections, user permissions, Entitlements, and Service Quotas.
- Support technical communication and issue resolution between Korean and Chinese teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite (IS / CPI) operations and support.
- Familiar with enterprise SAP BTP environments with DEV / QA / PROD tenant architecture.
- Strong experience in daily Integration Suite operations, including:
- Message Monitoring
- Log Analysis
- Failed Message Reprocessing
- Destinations
- Cloud Connector
- Familiar with common integration protocols and technologies, including RESTful API, SOAP, OData, and IDoc.
- Able to analyze JSON / XML payloads and independently troubleshoot common interface errors.
- Familiar with authentication methods including Basic Auth, OAuth 2.0, SAML, Certificates, and mTLS.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA backend systems, including SOAMANAGER, SICF, and RFC.
- Familiar with SAP BTP administration, including Subaccounts, Role Collections, Entitlements, and User Authorization.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.
