Job Summary
- The Head of Cloud & Digital Services will lead the development and growth of GTG's Digital
- Services business, with overall responsibility for business performance, P&L, strategic accounts,
- vendor relationships, service delivery, technical capability and team development.
Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- ● Develop and execute the business strategy, go-to-market plan and annual operating
- plan.
- ● Establish strategic account plans for major enterprise and government customers.
- ● Oversee solution architecture, project delivery, service quality and customer satisfaction.
- ● Build recurring revenue through managed cloud, CloudOps, security and support
- services.
- ● Develop organizational capability, technical certifications and succession plans.
- ● Establish commercial governance covering pricing, margins, contracts, delivery costs
- and profitability.
- ● Work closely with Sales to develop pipeline, proposals, strategic bids and major
- customer engagements.
- ● Set service quality, SLA and operational standards across all digital services.
Qualifications
- ● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business
- or related field.
- ● 5~8 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, technology consulting, managed
- services or enterprise IT.
- ● At least 5 years in a senior leadership or business-unit management role.
- ● Proven experience managing P&L, enterprise customers and technology vendors.
- ● Strong understanding of cloud economics, managed services and recurring-revenue
- models.
- ● Strong commercial, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- ● Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercially viable solutions.
- ● Strong leadership capability with experience building multidisciplinary technology teams.
- ● Relevant senior-level cloud certifications are strongly preferred.
- ● Experience working with enterprise and government customers is an advantage.
- Additional Information:
- - Age Requirements: 30?40 years old (strictly within this range)
- - Probation Period: 6 months
- - Language Skill: Burmese proficiency is required for all positions
