Job Summary
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a strong
- sales pipeline for GTG's Digital & Cloud Services business. The role will lead customer
- acquisition, strategic account development, solution selling and opportunity management across
- digital transformation and managed services.
- The Sales Manager will work closely with Business Development, Presales, Engineering,
- Cloud Ops and technology partners to convert customer needs into commercially viable
- solutions and long-term business relationships.
Job Description
- ● Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- ● Develop long-term customer relationships and position GTG as a strategic technology
- partner.
- ● Develop strategic account plans to grow existing customers through cross-selling and
- upselling.
- ● Conduct customer discovery meetings and identify business and technology
- requirements.
- ● Work closely with Presales and Engineering teams to develop suitable solutions and
- proposals.
- ● Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and opportunity closure.
- ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new growth
- opportunities.
- ● Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages and sales forecasts.
- ● Support pricing, commercial approvals, contract renewals and recurring-service
- expansion.
Qualifications
- ● Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology,
- Engineering or related field.
- ● 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, business development or
- enterprise sales.
- ● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- ● Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
- ● Good understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, managed services and digital
- transformation solutions.
- ● Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- ● Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
- ● Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, margin and recurring-revenue models.
- ● Experience working with technology vendors and strategic partners is an advantage.
- *Additional Information:
- Age: 30?40 years old max
- Probation: 6 months
- Language: Must be fluent/proficient in Burmese for all roles
