In this position, you will support and implement digital and automated solutions that enhance business performance, improve operational efficiency, and ensure secure, reliable, and integrated technology systems across the organization.

Job Description

• Responsibility:
• - Manage and oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and IT services to ensure
• reliability, security, and business continuity.
• - Assess and improve IT infrastructure, systems, and processes to support business needs,
• efficiency, and user experience.
• - Provide and oversee first-contact IT support for infrastructure, DMS, hardware, software,
• network, and application issues.
• - Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security controls in line with Regional
• and Global IT standards.
• - Coordinate with Regional & Global IT teams on IT initiatives, compliance, and technology
• projects.
• - Manage IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality and effective issue
• resolution.
• - Lead and coordinate Global IT projects, system implementations, infrastructure upgrades,
• and technology improvements.
• - Ensure effective IT security, data protection, asset management, and audit readiness.
• - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and system enhancements to improve
• productivity and business performance.
• - Support new employee onboarding, including IT equipment, system access, and technology
• setup.
• - Act as the key IT partner to business stakeholders, translating business needs into practical
• and secure technology solutions.
• - Perform other IT-related duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role you will be:
• - Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• - 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or IT management.
• - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
• - Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and Regional/Global IT stakeholders.
• - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• - Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• - Good command of English, both written and spoken.
