About Our Client

Job Summary

This fast-growing frozen food brand from China operates 3 production bases and achieved total retail sales across all channels exceeding 4 billion RMB in 2025. The company has now officially partnered to expand into the Thai and ASEAN markets, aiming to build a comprehensive local operating system spanning retail, food service, e-commerce, and cold chain logistics, while continuing its global expansion. We are seeking a strategic, highly capable General Manager with Thai market experience to lead business management, team building, and long-term development.

Job Description

• 1. Take full responsibility for business operations, team management, and long-term development in Thailand, accountable for sales growth, profitability, and cash flow safety.
• 2. Deeply analyze the Thai consumer market, formulate localized channel strategies, and build sales networks across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, convenience stores, restaurant chains, and e-commerce platforms.
• 3. Optimize and integrate supply chain, cold chain logistics, and local resources, balancing growth, profitability, and compliance risks.
• 4. Lead key client acquisition, establish localized operational frameworks, and build a high-performance execution team.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
• 2. 8+ years of experience in FMCG, food, frozen food, cold chain, retail, or catering industries, with 3+ years as GM, Deputy GM, Business Unit Head, or equivalent managerial roles.
• 3. Deep understanding of Thai consumer market, channel structures, and business environment; proven track record of 0-to-1 market expansion in Thailand.
• 4. Practical operational experience and network resources in Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, convenience stores, catering chains, or e-commerce.
• 5. Strong business result orientation with proven success stories in sales growth, margin improvement, channel development, team setup, or new market entry.
• 6. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, leadership, and cross-cultural management capabilities. Thai proficiency as a working language is required; Chinese or English business proficiency is preferred (Bilingual Chinese-Thai preferred).

• 1. Base & Bonus: Highly competitive Base Salary + Performance Pay + Project Incentives + Annual Performance Bonus + Business Growth Incentives (Uncapped for HQ roles).
