Job Summary
Job Description
- 1. Fully responsible for financial strategic planning, budget management, treasury, and internal control systems.
- 2. Strictly adhere to Thai Accounting Standards and tax regulations, leading tax planning and compliance management.
- 3. Establish scientific financial analysis and early-warning mechanisms to provide precise data support for strategic decision-making.
- 4. Oversee cross-border operations, project investments, joint ventures, and multi-project fund flows along with risk management.
- 5. Efficiently manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and CPA firms.
Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- 2. 8+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 3+ years as Finance Head, Finance Manager, or equivalent management roles.
- 3. Familiar with Thai Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and corporate financial management; experience in cross-border business, investment, JVs, or multi-project finance is preferred.
- 4. Thai CPA qualification, tax certification, or experience collaborating with licensed CPA firms is preferred.
- 5. Business communication skills in Chinese, Thai, or English preferred; highly principled, rigorous, and possessing strong professional ethics.
