About Our Client

Company is an international investment institution and industry enablement platform based in Thailand, bridging China and ASEAN. We are dedicated to providing enterprises with market entry, project implementation, industrial cooperation, project company incubation, and investment operations services. Due to business expansion and the preparation of several project companies, we are currently seeking the following core talent.

Job Summary

Job Description

• 1. Responsible for organizational design and optimization, actively building talent pipelines across all business units.
• 2. Formulate and execute efficient recruitment strategies to attract and select high-quality talent aligned with company culture.
• 3. Establish and refine competitive performance evaluation and incentive systems to unlock team potential.
• 4. Familiar with and compliant with Thai labor laws and local employment environment, properly managing labor relations to mitigate legal risks.
• 5. Promote corporate culture and cross-cultural management, fostering an open, efficient, and practical team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, management, or a related field.
• 2. At least 5 years of experience in human resources, including at least 3 years of experience as a person-in-charge or in team management.
• 3. Familiar with Thai labor laws and the local employment environment; preference given to candidates with experience in multinational enterprises, consulting, industrial investment, project companies, or startup companies.
• 4. Possess practical abilities in organizational development, talent recruitment, and the construction of performance and compensation incentive systems.
• 5. Preference will be given to candidates who can use Thai and Chinese as working languages, and to those with business communication skills in English.
• 6. Strong sense of responsibility, high adherence to principles and confidentiality awareness, possessing excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to execute plans effectively on the ground.

• Compensation Structure:
• 1. Base & Bonus: Highly competitive Base Salary + Performance Pay + Project Incentives + Annual Performance Bonus + Business Growth Incentives (Uncapped for HQ roles).
