Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- ● Partner closely with the Board of Directors and senior management to
- drive strategic priorities and special initiatives.
- ● Lead the Executive Office and ensure effective coordination across
- business units and functions.
- ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders,
- including chambers of commerce, embassies, industry associations, and
- strategic partners.
- ● Facilitate collaboration among senior leadership teams to ensure
- organizational alignment and execution.
- ● Oversee executive communications, corporate engagements, and
- Board-related matters.
- ● Lead and develop a high-performing Executive Office team.
Qualifications
- Requirements
- ● Minimum 5~8 years of leadership experience in multinational corporations,
- joint ventures, business associations, or similar organizations.
- ● Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- ● Excellent English and Burmese communication skills.
- ● Proficiency in digital workplace tools and project coordination.
- ● Strong understanding of Myanmar's business and regulatory environment.
