Job Summary

Job Description
- - Lead overall marketing and brand strategy for US Branch
- - Develop campaigns supporting artists, music releases, tours, and major projects
- - Oversee digital, social media, content, partnerships, and fan engagement
- - Lead marketing teams, agencies, and external partners
- - Manage marketing budgets, performance, and campaign planning
- - Identify U.S. market trends and new audience growth opportunities
- - Partner with global headquarters and cross-functional leadership
Qualifications
- - 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- - Strong background in entertainment, music, media, or consumer brands preferred
- - Proven experience leading high-impact campaigns and building brands
- - Strong knowledge of digital platforms, social media, and youth/pop culture
- - Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
