Job Summary
Seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage day-to-day business operations while supporting the company’s continued growth in the U.S. market. COO will report to CEO.
Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- - Oversee daily operations across US Branch
- - Lead operational planning, budgeting, processes, and organizational infrastructure
- - Partner with executive leadership on business strategy and execution
- - Manage cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency
- - Oversee HR, finance, administration, legal/compliance coordination, and vendor relationships
- - Support major artist, production, and business initiatives
- - Serve as a key liaison between US Branch and global headquarters
Qualifications
- - 10+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience
- - Strong experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional operations
- - Entertainment, media, music, or related industry experience strongly preferred
- - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- - Experience working within a global or multinational organization preferred
