Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR leader supporting all people operations across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition and recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, compliance, training and development, HR policies, immigration support, minimal payroll coordination, and off-boarding.

Job Description

• - Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for corporate, creative, production, artist operations, marketing and executive positions.
• - Proactively source, screen, and build candidate pipelines across the entertainment, music, and media industries.
• - Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end hiring and offer process.
• - Manage onboarding, orientation, employee records, HRIS administration, and offboarding processes.
• - Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, and corrective action.
• - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• - Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, training programs, and workplace initiatives.
• - Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• - Support immigration, visa, and global mobility matters for artists, executives, and employees as needed.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• - 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong full-cycle recruiting expertise, preferably within entertainment, music, media, or a fast-paced creative environment.
• - Strong knowledge of ER, employment law, recruiting & talent sourcing, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• - *Korean language proficiency highly preferred
