Job Summary

Job Description

• Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• - Support month-end/ year-end closing processes
• - Handle journal entries and general accounting operations
• - Analyzes financial information, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• - Assist Consolidation reporting of US GAAP and IFRS (consolidation package)
• - Analyzes accounting issue and problem and report to Accounting head/Controller
• - Support local tax compliance reporting(On the job training provided; no prior tax experience required)
• - Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager

Qualifications

• - Smart, quick-thinking, and able to make sound judgement calls in fast moving situations
• - Strong learning agility; this role involves a steep learning curve, so the ability to pick up new tasks quickly is essential
• - Prior experience(around 3 years) at an accounting firm is a plus
• - Effective oral and written communication skills
• - Proficiency in Excel preferred
• - Prior experience with SAP is a plus
• - Bilingual in English and Korean required
