Job Summary
- - Prepare daily reports and reports for the head office.
- - Handle regulatory matters related to branch/network openings, relocations, and closures.
- - Support bank-wide business planning and manage headquarters' organizational performance
- evaluations.
- - Prepare and manage Board of Directors' materials and executive management reports.
- - Conduct market research for new business initiatives and analyze competitor banks.
- - Support the overall operations of the Strategy Planning Department and Public Relations Team.

Qualifications
- - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- - Solid understanding of financial statements, including:
- Profit & Loss (P&L)
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow Statement
- - Basic knowledge of banking performance metrics, including:
- Net Interest Margin (NIM)
- Return on Assets (ROA)
- Return on Equity (ROE)
- Efficiency Ratio
- - Strong data analysis skills, including market research and competitive banking analysis.
- - Excellent business communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare reports and
- communicate effectively with C-level executives.
- - 3+ years of experience in strategy planning, corporate planning, business planning, or banking
- operations.
- - Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- - Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
