Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for growing sales and supporting customer needs by
  • developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and executing sales and marketing activities for
  • assigned product lines.

Job Description

Principal Responsibilities

  • 1. Sales & Business Development
  • -Coordinate and manage customer accounts and sales activities.
  • -Participate in new business development initiatives and strategic sales planning.
  • -Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • -Directly communicate with purchasing and sourcing teams of large corporations
  • nationwide.
  • 2. Account Management & Customer Support
  • -Support customer needs and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • -Assist the Sales Manager with sales-related tasks, reports, and documentation.
  • -Maintain detailed client records and account information.
  • 3. Project Management
  • -Manage project details including project flow, timelines, and budgets.
  • -Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
  • 4. Market Intelligence & Industry Analysis
  • -Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customers’ businesses,
  • competitors, and industry trends.
  • -Monitor market developments and provide relevant updates to internal
  • stakeholders.
  • 5. Additional Duties
  • -Perform other assignments, projects, and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • 1. Education & Work Authorization
  • -Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • -Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent
  • college experience).
  • 2. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • -Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
  • -Ability to operate effectively in bilingual business environments.
  • -Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural corporate environment with U.S. and
  • Korean teams.
  • 3. Technical & Analytical Skills
  • -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • -Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
  • -Ability to quickly learn, comprehend, and apply new concepts.
  • 4. Professional Experience
  • -Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • -Experience in the steel industry preferred.
  • -Experience in sales, sales planning, and strategic planning preferred
