Job Description
- From a global perspective, understand the company's current sales situation, predict future development directions, and formulate the company's sales strategy accordingly.
- Set sales performance targets and specific sales plans, and lead the team to turn plans into sales results.
- Be responsible for the operation and management of the sales team, including but not limited to recruitment, training, motivation, assessment, as well as assisting subordinates in fulfilling the task targets assigned by the headquarters, and building an efficient, professional, and competitive sales team.
- Communicate deeply with the Korean headquarters, accurately convey the strategic intentions and business demands of both sides, and play the role of a bridge for China - Korea synergy.
Qualifications
- Must be of Korean nationality.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Possess rich sales and management experience, and be familiar with the sales process in the dental medical device industry.
- Have strong leadership and a sense of overall situation, be able to lead by example, motivate and train the sales team, and drive the team to achieve sales targets.
