- Reporting To: General Manager, China Region
Job Description
- Product Discovery and Procurement: Be responsible for discovering locally - made medical device finished products and raw materials in China that are competitive in the Chinese and global markets.
- Market Research and Feasibility Assessment: Conduct market trend research both at home and abroad in China, identify potential suppliers, evaluate the business feasibility of projects and simulate costs.
- On - site Inspection and Supply Chain Management: Undertake on - site inspections of local manufacturing plants in China and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Industry Exhibition Expansion: Regularly participate in major medical device exhibitions within China, collect industry intelligence and discover high - quality new products on - site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above (majors related to biomedical engineering, biology, medicine, business administration, etc. are preferred).
- At least 3 years of work experience in product development, procurement, sourcing, technical sales/marketing related to the medical device industry.
- Have the ability to conduct cost accounting and market feasibility analysis for medical devices.
- Be familiar with the local medical device supply chain in China, and those with on - site factory inspection experience are preferred.
- Native Chinese speaker or proficient in Chinese (those with work experience in Korean companies or who can speak Korean will be given priority for employment).
