This client is North American operations closely support major OEM production plants through localized supply chain management, engineering support, quality assurance, and customer service activities.

Job Description
- - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost reduction, supply optimization, and stable supply chain operations.
- - Manage supplier relationships including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, negotiation, and continuous improvement activities
- - Handle RFQ, PO Issuance, delivery tracking, and procurement documentation in compliance with company policies.
- - Review and manage supplier contracts, commercial terms, and procurement compliance requirements
- - Resolve supply issues, quality concerns, and logistics disruptions through proactive risk management activities.
- - Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for purchasing transactions, reporting, and procurement data management.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- - 5+ years of working experience in similar role
- - Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred
- - Multilingual proficiency is preferred, particularly in Korean, English, and Spanish
- - Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- - Strong negotiation and communication skills
