Job Description
- - Maintain accounting databases by accurately entering data into the QuickBooks system and SAP, including invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, and other financial transactions.
- - Organize and preserve accounting records by making copies and filing essential documents.
- - Reconcile bank statements by verifying transactions against the general ledger.
- - Process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- - Generate financial and accounting reports as needed to support business operations.
- - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- - Support year-end financial audit activities by preparing schedules, gathering supporting documents, and responding to auditor requests.
- - Support the accounting and organizational mission by ensuring accurate and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
- - Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- - Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- - Multilingual proficiency is preferred, particularly in Korean, English, and Spanish
- - Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
