Job Description
- 1.Leading Pattern Design Trends: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, consumer preferences, and brand positioning to provide forward-thinking pattern design directions and inspiration for each season's product development.
- 2.Independently Completing Pattern Designs: Take ownership of the entire process, from conceptualization to final product, creating various apparel pattern designs, including but not limited to prints, jacquards, and embroideries, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market demands.
- 3.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product development, fabric sourcing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of pattern designs from concept to finished product.
- 4.Team Management and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to elevate the overall design capabilities of the team.
- 5.Other Related Tasks: Complete other pattern design-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Requirements:
- 1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- 2.Work Experience: 5+ years of pattern design experience in the apparel industry, with a proven track record of successful projects preferred.
- Professional Skills:
- 1.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of textile pattern design processes and techniques.
- 2.A keen sense of color, pattern, and fabric, with a unique perspective and strong aesthetic judgment.
- 3.Excellent hand-drawing skills and a solid foundation in fine arts.
- Personal Qualities:
- 1.A passion for fashion and a sharp eye for emerging trends.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to work under pressure.
