- A leading multinational industrial group is seeking a strategic and highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial operations in Thailand. This is a critical leadership role responsible for providing financial direction to a large-scale manufacturing operation with a significant workforce and multi-site presence.
- The successful candidate will oversee all financial, commercial, and accounting activities, ensuring alignment between Thailand operations and the corporate headquarters in India. This role requires a leader who can navigate the complexities of Thai regulatory environments while maintaining a seamless working relationship with top management in India.
Qualifications
- Qualifications & Requirements
- - Nationality/Cultural Fit: We are seeking a Local Indian residing in Thailand with deep experience in the Thailand market. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of Thai work culture combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with top-level leadership in India.
- - Education: Professional qualification in Finance/Accounting (CA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
- - Experience: Proven track record in a senior financial leadership role (CFO or Finance Controller) within a large manufacturing or industrial environment.
- - Language Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Thai is a significant advantage given the need to coordinate with local government agencies and plant staff.
- - Mobility: Based in Bangkok, but must be willing to travel to manufacturing plants in regions, and travel abroad for international meetings as required.
What's On Offer
Salary: 300,000 ? 350,000 THB per month
