About Our Client
Job Summary
Reporting to the Finance Director responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Finance and Accounting function including managing general accounting, P&L and balance sheet activities, financial analysis, financial reporting, interact with internal and external partners and stakeholders to support the Finance and Accounting activities.
Job Description
- - Manage day-to-day activities related to general accounting, P&L and balance sheet, AP and AR
- -? Gross-To-Net deductions, including chargebacks, admin fees and rebates calculations etc.
- -? Prepare various sales reports for submission to external parties.
- -? Prepare journal entries and adjustments for period-end closing, including inventory accounting, lease accounting.
- -? Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
- -? Analyze accounts partner with Sales team and others.
- -? Identify opportunities for process improvements, plan and execute improvement projects.
- -? Support internal controls, compliance and external audits.
- -? Assist in any system changes, internal control programs.
- -? Assist in ad hoc initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in finance and accounting
- Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Experience in Gross to Net preferred
- Experience in SOX, audits, financial/accounting systems including SAP
- 4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- High Attention to details, accuracy essential and diligent personality Understanding in Accounting and Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Relevant Certification
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- 5. EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or equivalence.
