Job Summary

Job Description
- Create and review the food labels to comply with FDA, CFIA, FTC
- Monitor and research the most updated food regulation and legal issues.
- Create supporting documents to import and export the ingredients or finished goods.
- (Check the importing ingredients if compliant in US, Canada, and Mexico)
- Ingredient Regulatory Assessment/International Regulatory Support
- Knowledge and skills
- Food regulation and labeling
- Microsoft office
- Maintain good working relationships with other supervisors and departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Any food labeling generate system
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Food Science/ Nutrition/Bio/Chem major preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- 1+ years of experienced preferred with all Federal and State food laws including FDA, USDA, CFIA, and FTC
