Job Summary
- We’re looking for a dynamic and talented Technical Solution Architect to join our team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This full-time, on-site role is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of retail technology innovation.
- As a Technical Solution Architect, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, identifying their unique business challenges and crafting tailored technical solutions using our advanced ESL systems and SaaS platform. You’ll be instrumental in translating complex challenges into scalable deployments that deliver measurable value.
Job Description
- - Engage with clients to uncover and analyze business pain points and technical requirements
- - Present compelling technical value propositions through presentations and live demonstrations
- - Partner with clients’ technical teams to refine, optimize, and validate proposed solutions
- - Build and maintain strong technical relationships throughout the client journey
- - Lead the technical execution of Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives, including documentation and milestone tracking
- - Work cross-functionally with internal teams?Sales, Operations, R&D?to ensure seamless deployments
- - Define support requirements and work closely with internal stakeholders across regional and global teams
- - Drive successful integration of data and systems across client environments
- - Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending enhancements
- - Contribute insights to shape future product development and roadmap initiatives
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- - 3+ years’ experience in solution architecture or a comparable technical role
- - Proven ability to contribute to client success and lead impactful deployments
- - Exceptional communication skills?verbal and written
- - Intermediate knowledge of Web technologies (Tomcat, Java EE, APIs), Networking (Firewalls, TCP/IP, routers, switches) and Databases (SQL Server 2019+, PostgreSQL 14+)
- - Experience in retail or with POS vendors is a plus
- - Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
