Job Summary

- team as an Import Coordinator supporting their Import Team’s operational tasks. This is an excellent

Job Description
- ? Prepare, control, and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely
- fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)
- ? Ensure system information match with actual documentation
- ? Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment
- status, special handling, and delivery of freight
- ? Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers,
- warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery
- ? Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation
- ? Act as an operational liaison with customer to provide excellent, professional customer service
- ? Coordinate truck deliveries with dispatch team
- ? Handle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner
Qualifications
- ? Associates Degree (minimum); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- ? 1+ years of experience in handling customer service (preferred)
- ? 1+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred)
- ? Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- ? Speaks Korean (mandatory)
