Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a highly motivated and independent Senior Accountant to manage our end-to-end accounting functions. Our company holds a stable and significant market share in the U.S., offering a secure and professional work environment in the Norcross (Duluth) area.
• The ideal candidate will be a "full-stack" accountant capable of handling everything from basic transactional entries to complex monthly/annual closing and reporting. This role requires a self-starter with advanced Excel skills and the ability to act as the primary point of contact for external audits and headquarters (HQ) reporting.

Job Description

• -Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP),
• Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) maintenance.
• -HQ Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
• packages to the Korea Headquarters in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• -Audit Support & Coordination: Lead the preparation for annual external audits. Organize and provide
• all necessary audit support schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.
• -Month-End & Year-End Close: Drive the closing process, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and
• the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• -Cash Flow & Data Analysis: Monitor cash positions and utilize advanced Excel modeling to provide
• budget-vs-actual analysis and financial insights to management.
• -Compliance: Maintain internal controls and ensure all financial records are kept in accordance with
• GAAP.

Qualifications

• -Experience: 3?5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• -Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel
• -Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Proficiency in Korean is a strong plus for
• communication with HQ.
• -Competencies: * Proven ability to work independently and manage the entire accounting cycle
• without close supervision.
• o Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for audit preparation.
• o Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
