Job Description
- 1. Develop and allocate sales targets and plans, and lead the team to achieve the company's sales targets and other tasks.
- 2. Be responsible for guiding and supervising the work of sales staff, and keep abreast of work progress and relevant data in a timely manner.
- 3. Conduct relevant business training and personnel development for the team.
- 4. Expand the cosmetics ODM business through multiple channels, maintain relationships with new and existing customers, and enhance the company's influence in the industry.
- 5. Pay attention to market information in the beauty industry, understand and analyze competitors' situations, and seek more cooperation opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1. A bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of B2B sales and team management experience in the cosmetics industry.
