About Our Client
Our client is currently operating with below 10 employees managing approximately $1B in assets across 11 portfolio companies. Following the resignation notice of EB, a critical Board-facing and asset management role will become vacant
Job Summary
- -Ensure business continuity for Board oversight and stakeholder management.
- -Maintain deal execution capacity (Battery, Energy, Hydrogen etc.)
- -Mitigate organizational risk amid upcoming workforce changes in 1H 2026.
- -Preserve asset value and governance credibility with external partners.
Job Description
- -Lead Board activities and negotiations with Major stakeholders and lenders.
- -Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to FI and lenders.
- -Support deal structuring, contract review, refinancing, and rebalancing initiatives.
- -Coordinate Investment Vehicle’ Board governance matters and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- -Native-level English communication and negotiation skills.
- -U.S. market asset management and deal execution experience.
- -Immediate plug-in capability to ongoing transactions.
- -Internal alignment strengths.
- -Potential ramp-up period required for U.S. market execution dynamics.
