About Our Client
Job Summary
Job Description
- -Provide administrative support for the underwriting process, including daily closing activities and ensuring accurate documentation.
- -Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email regarding premium payments, billing status, and general policy information.
- -Manage premium collections and payment tracking, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and up to date.
- -Process policy transactions including endorsements (modifications), cancellations, and renewals in accordance with company procedures.
- -Organize and maintain claim and policy data, assisting in the preparation of reports for month-end financial closings.
- -Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
- -Bachelor’s degree is required.
- -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- -Bilingual in Korean and English (excellent communication skills are essential for client interactions).
- -Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask independently or as part of a team.
- -Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel for data entry and tracking.
