Job Summary
Job Description
- Prepare GPS devices and configure system settings prior to installation.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and analyze the root causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to devices within limited time constraints.
- Provide technical analysis and solutions, offer consultation to the Customer Support team, and give guidance on troubleshooting to field technicians.
- Prepare technical issue summary reports using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
Qualifications
- Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues reported by customers, including coordinating with the Customer Support team and providing technical consultation so they can effectively respond to customer inquiries.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to analyze and resolve problems under pressure and within limited timeframes; strong coordination skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willingness to work overtime or on a rotating shift schedule.
- Ability to travel to customer sites for equipment installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong interest in learning new technologies.
