Job Description
- Design customized mechanical automation equipment for product development & mass production
- Focus on functionality, reliability, and productivity
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing processes; define layout & equipment specs
- Design robot-integrated automation systems
- Validate motion performance, operability, and collision avoidance via 2D/3D models
- Develop and manage detailed project execution plans
Qualifications
- 16+ years in mechanical design, development, and application of production equipment
- Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical/Control Engineering or Mechatronics
- Deep knowledge of structures, drive systems, and robotics
- Proficient in 3D CAD tools; hands-on experience with automated production lines
- Preferred:
- Conversational English (for HQ communication)
- Experience in ultra-precision equipment design
- Strong CAE skills (structural, vibration, airflow analysis)
- Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
- Siemens NX proficiency is a plus
