Job Description
- 1. Strategically plan and implement the company's technological strategy;
- 2. Conduct technical diagnostics of existing operations to identify technical pain points and formulate viable solutions;
- 3. Serve as the company's external liaison for technical matters, fostering closer collaboration with clients;
- 4. Oversee optimisation of R&D management processes and development of talent pipelines.
Qualifications
- Job Requirements:
- 1. Master's degree or higher in automation-related disciplines, with over 10 years' technical R&D experience in the 3C consumer electronics sector;
- 2. Fluent English proficiency enabling direct cross-border technical exchanges with client engineers, coupled with strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills;
- 3. Demonstrated team leadership, management capabilities, and organisational culture development;
- 4. Strategic mindset with foresight in 3C market technologies, customer-centric approach, and proven experience in technical crisis management;
- 5. Resilience under pressure, open-mindedness, and alignment with the company's corporate culture.
