Job Summary

Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and retail partners to establish competitive pricing
  • strategies across key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activities to optimize pricing
  • models.
  • Analyze cost structures including logistics, raw materials, manufacturing, and promotional
  • expenses.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide insights to improve gross margin and overall
  • profitability.
  • Utilize historical sales data and market intelligence to project future demand.
  • Support production and inventory planning by providing timely and accurate forecasts.
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to minimize out-of-stock and excess
  • inventory situations.
  • Maintain and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and retailer data portals.
  • Identify performance trends and provide recommendations to improve sales execution.
  • Partner with Marketing on promotional planning and ROI analysis.
  • Coordinate with Finance to support budgeting and financial planning activities.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Korean preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales planning, category management, retail analytics, or pricing preferred (specifically in CPG or food manufacturing).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
