Job Description
- - Accounting Support: Assist with core accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense
- management, and maintaining accurate financial records to support timely reporting
- - Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow, analyze money market instruments, and support
- budgeting through financial forecasts and reporting
- - Vendor Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for third-party vendors (including IT providers),
- ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution
- - Ad Hoc Projects: Support various projects and operational tasks as needed, demonstrating
- flexibility and responsiveness
Qualifications
- - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- - Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred
- - Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
- - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a relate
