Job Summary

Job Description

  • The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • -Manage ADP payroll biweekly, and monthly (exempt and non-exempt), multi-states (MI, OH, TN, KY, GA, AZ, AL), and 401k process
  • -Manages benefits plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • -Participate in various HR workflows ( such as but not limited to I9 forms, employee benefits program, workers’ compensation claims, unemployment forms, Cobra administration, etc) by compiling, filing, and distributing appropriate electronic paperwork
  • -Support the HR manager to implement recruitment strategies and interview process
  • -Handles ongoing internal and external people-related initiatives
  • -Ensures compliance with Federal and State legislation related to all human resources matters

Qualifications

  • The following skills and qualifications are
  • required for this position:
  • -2+ years of experience in ADP payroll
  • -Working knowledge of Human Resource practices with direct experience/expertise in handling payroll, benefits, and 401(k)
  • -Demonstrated experience in providing proactive solutions to human resource issues.
  • -Communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings, and foster an open, honest, and trusting environment, concisely, both in writing and verbally, and actively listen while gathering information.
  • -Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
  • -Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in both Korean and English
  • -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • The following skills and qualifications are preferred for this position:
  • -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • -Experience with the ADP payroll process
  • -Direct experience with HR aspects such as recruiting, training/development, organizationalplanning, labor relations
