Job Summary
Job Description
- - Monitor and guide the success of team members daily, weekly tasks and
- shipments
- - Maintain and manage customer relations to ensure high service and
- satisfaction levels
- - Support continuous learning and development of team members
- - Conduct market and competitor research to come up with improvement
- initiatives for operational purposes
- - Ensure accounts receivables are being collected and accounts payables are
- being paid in a timely manner
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field (preferred)
- - 2-3 years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain
- - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- - Bilingual (English & Korean)
