Job Summary
Job Description
- Overall management of SCADA operations and on-site activities at Dalian Fab
- Respond to anomalies and system failures during SCADA operations
- Handle simple improvement-related SOR (Service Order Request) tasks
- Investigate and identify root causes of communication issues between SCADA and lower-level systems
- Manage instrumentation & control (I&C) construction activities when new equipment is installed
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HMI development
- Proficiency in Cimplicity preferred; experience with WinCC or WinCC OA also acceptable
- Capable of designing PLC communication architectures and programming
- Proven experience in managing I&C construction sites
- Experience executing and overseeing I&C construction projects in compliance with client requirements for security, environmental safety, and workplace standards
- Ability to propose system implementation solutions to clients
- Capable of preparing and submitting formal documentation/proposals for new system deployments
- Skilled in creating system architecture diagrams, training materials, and other technical documentation for existing systems
