About Our Client
Job Summary
- This role plays a key role in managing and optimizing inventory across Dashing Diva’s B2B and B2C channels.
- This position is responsible for monitoring inventory health, identifying supply risks, and supporting demand-driven replenishment decisions to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
Job Description
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across B2B and B2C channels for multiple retail partners
- - Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to out-of-stock (OOS), low inventory, and overstock situations
- - Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support accurate demand forecasting and replenishment planning
- - Partner with Planning and SCM teams to recommend forecast adjustments based on
- demand changes, promotions, and new product launches
- - Review weekly logistics and OTIF performance reports; investigate non-compliance and drive
- corrective actions
- - Act as a cross-functional liaison between SCM, Logistics, Sales, and retail partners to resolve
- inventory and shipment issues
- - Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, contributing insights on inventory health
- and demand risks
- - Maintain item master data, safety stock levels, and inventory parameters in ERP systems (NetSuite)
- - Track and report key SCM KPIs including OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Turnover, and Weeks of Supply (WOS)
- - Identify process inefficiencies and support system improvements or automation initiatives
- - Lead or support SCM-related projects and provide guidance to junior team members
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning
- - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and logistics data
- - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- - Proficiency in ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- - Strong organizational and project management skills
- - Bilingual Korean/English is preferred
