Job Summary

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building HR structures from the ground up and can bring strategic and operational leadership to the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing and improving performance evaluation systems, restructuring sales incentive schemes, and working across departments to align HR with business objectives. At the same time, there will be many practical, day-to-day tasks such as payroll administration, recruitment operations, and handling employee general administration requests. The successful candidate must therefore be comfortable with a hands-on management style that balances system design with operational execution.

Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Develop and implement recruitment policies and define job requirements.
  • Manage and negotiate with potential or hesitant candidates to ensure successful hiring decisions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Performance Evaluation
  • Review and enhance the company’s performance evaluation system to improve fairness and effectiveness.
  • Labor Management
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Thai labor laws and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
  • Personal Attributes
  • Highly responsible and dependable.
  • Supportive and collaborative in working with others.

Qualifications

  • Must
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 10years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 2 year in a managerial role. (leader position is OK)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Prefer
  • Experience in real estate development, residential projects, or construction-related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and payroll practices.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
