Job Description
- - Responsible for the full cycle of loan requests process. Reviews and submits credit approval
- recommendations to senior management promoting safe and sound credit underwriting and prudent
- lending practices.
- - Receives commercial loan applications and performs interviews with customers.
- - Receives home mortgage applications and performs interviews with customers.
- - Conducts preliminary evaluation and underwriting of loan applications.
- - Responsible for monitoring and proactively managing all aspects of the loan portfolio including loan
- delinquency, loan reviews, renewals and work with head office.
- · Through expansion of friendly relationships with local business professionals, understand the business
- climate, ambitious environment, and develop these findings to sales performance.
- - Generate and provide requested reports as necessary on Team’s loan portfolio and BPC’s management.
- - Working directly with the Chief of Division, Relationship and Branch Managers to effectively grow
- deposits and portfolio revenue by presenting financial solutions to customers.
- - Provides leadership to direct and indirect reports including workload management and delegation,
- employee development, and performance management.
Qualifications
- - BS Degree
- - Min. 7 years of experience in Loan
