Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- "1. [Product Research]
- Through initial training, gain an understanding of product authentication characteristics; be able to formulate and continuously refine authentication criteria; and provide professional and accurate solutions to complex authentication-related issues
- 2. [Industry Research]
- Continuously monitor industry trends relating to Japanese domestic brands, trendy sportswear brands and luxury brands; track new product launches, manufacturing process updates, market conditions, channel policies and shifts in brand identity; collaborate with departments such as the R&D laboratory to produce brand research reports and identify new product trading opportunities
- 3. 【Risk Management】
- Possess market sensitivity and the ability to systematically forecast and analyse potential internal and external risks; conduct monitoring and analysis by combining specific business scenarios with specialist knowledge.
- 4. 【Training and Mentoring】
- Identify gaps in the team’s authentication requirements and skill levels among authentication specialists; enhance team members’ capabilities by devising, implementing and monitoring targeted development plans.
- 5. [User Experience]
- Adopt a user-centred perspective to assist internal and external users in resolving issues, provide differentiated authentication services, and explore the use of tools such as AI and the internet to enhance the management efficiency of the assigned brand
Qualifications
- "1. [Qualifications and Specialisation] Candidates with 1?3 years’ experience or recent graduates with a passion for appraisal and research; holders of a bachelor’s degree or higher from domestic or international institutions; preference will be given to those specialising in textiles, materials science, fashion design or jewellery appraisal; prior experience in operations, manufacturing or design within the fashion industry is an advantage;
- 2. [Learning Ability] Clear and logical thinking, meticulous, pragmatic and eager to learn; a deep respect for the art of appraisal; able to dedicate oneself to mastering appraisal skills
- 3. [Resilience] Hard-working, highly responsible, meticulous and conscientious in their work, with strong execution skills; maintains an optimistic and positive attitude towards change and is not afraid to take on challenges
- 4. [Perspective and Insight] Possesses a diverse perspective (market/customers/business operations) and a keen awareness of risks and opportunities;
- 5. [Team Spirit] Possesses strong communication, expression, organisational and collaborative skills; shares a collective sense of consensus regarding team objectives; does not work in isolation but is adept at coordinating different resources and resolving complex problems through cross-team collaboration."
